Small Actions Accumulate
This independent extension makes cumulative change visible through tokens, switches and points of light. One contribution is deliberately modest; the landscape only emerges when many decisions collect over time. The installation avoids heroic gestures and gives cooperation the more difficult task of becoming beautiful.
The Travelling Action Kit
This independent extension turns the film's idea into a tool people can carry, touch and complete together. The flat-pack case unfolds into a shared landscape; each round token records one realistic daily action, while accumulated choices gradually build the river, tree canopy and sun. The original teal, green, ochre and coral geometry now has a physical job to do: colour sorts the actions, shape makes participation immediate, and the growing image returns a small piece of theatre to collective responsibility. Recycled plywood, paper, aluminium and translucent acrylic keep the object warm, repairable and plausible for schools, workplaces or community events. It is deliberately low-tech. A screen can count a thousand clicks, but a table covered in other people's decisions makes the social weight of change harder to scroll past.
